Shakti has been a teacher and volunteer with the Sivananda organization for the past six years. She started her yoga path with Sivananda teachers in her home country of Colombia. She then moved to India where she served as staff in both the Neyyar and Madurai ashrams in southern India. She has been a dedicated Sivananda yoga practitioner, a yoga teacher since 2011 and has taught and assisted in several of Sivananda teacher’s training courses.</p>
