Prenatal Yoga Class
The time during pregnancy is precious. Yoga postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques can help the mind and body adapt to pregnancy, prepare for labor and adjust to life with the new baby.
No previous experience of yoga is necessary. Women are welcome to join at any stage in their pregnancy. Yoga practice during pregnancy is based on the 12 basic postures. Over the course of the pregnancy, many postures are adjusted or replaced with specific variations. In addition, students learn special poses to prepare them for childbirth.
The mother-to-be should ask her doctor before practicing yoga.
